During 2025 we once again engaged with neighbors in our service area and beyond! We nurtured our garden beds, we planted seeds, we harvested and we learned that community is so important during these trying times. The Children’s Garden of Hope located at 4052 West Potomac sits at the center of all of our activities. It’s a place to gather, to play to learn, to remember and build community with the many stakeholders in the West Humboldt Park Community. We are very appreciative to everyone that has made this year a success. We would like to thank the Sulzer Family Foundation, AllState, GTL for their generous donations throughout the year! Without their generosity we could not have serviced the community to the extent that we have this year. We would like to thank our community partners Neighbor Space, The Healing Corner, Operamatic and West Park Academy. They continue to be instrumental helping us create events and programming for the children and adults in the community. We would also like to thank everyone that has attended our events this year. You made them what they were. It is our Wish that you continue to come out and help us build community in these trying times. Together we can make the world better. We are neighbors!
