Nobel Neighbors hosted its 3rd Annual Caroling Event at the Children’s Garden of Hope on Potomac and Karolv. Neighbors gathered armed with warm clothes, hot coco and holiday tunes to usher in the season! Though they were small in number they were BIG in holiday spirits!
