Nobel Neighbors in partnership with the Chicago Community Trust presents the “Summer 3 G Series” Gathering Gardening and Guiding! The purpose of the series is to create meaningful events and dialogue in the community with the goal of addressing violence. Our first event was “The Great Smoke Out” June 28th 2018 This was a community barbecue. Neighbors gathered together to fellowship, talk about their community and come up with ideas to minimize violence in the area. Neighbors were excited and grateful and look forward to more events. Thank you to The Chicago Community Trust, The Sulzer Foundation and Allstate for their donations that allow us to engage the community in discussions around stopping the violence.
